General Pest Treatments
General Pest Treatments are for customers wanting to control a variety of insects (like ant and spider control). The treatments include an initial pest inspection, exterior and interior treatment. Both exterior and interior treatments focus on pest harborage areas identified during the inspection. Including ant and spider control: earwigs, boxelder bugs, grasshoppers, and more. The expected time frame for the products to work is two to three weeks. The active residual will work for 3-6 months, but is most effective in the first 90 days.
Wood Destroying Insect Inspections
Wood Destroying Insect Inspections are primarily done for the sale or refinance of a home during the inspection period. A WDIIR generally consists of an exterior and interior inspection that will note conditions conducive to wood destroying organisms as well as any evidence of damage due to wood destroying organisms. In addition these reports must be filed with the state.
Specialty Pest Treatments
Specialty Pest Treatments are insect specific and are for insects that take special expertise and specific products to control. These include *Bees, Wasps, Carpenter Ants, Bedbugs, and German Roaches. Specialty pest treatments will require immediate attention, and in many cases we provide same or next day service. *We work with local bee keepers in every attempt to save bee colonies.
